研究项目:肿瘤基质产生的IGF-1对于和乳腺癌发展相关的旁分泌因子的网络的调节

Title: Stromal IGF-1 regulates a tumor grade-dependent hierarchical network of paracrine factors in breast cancer.

The overall goal of this project is to determine the role of stromal IGF-1 in regulating a tumor grade-dependent hierarchical network of paracrine factors in breast carcinoma fibroblasts. A novel array-based micro three dimensional collagen gel co-culture model is established to examine the function and the hierarchical order of multiple paracrine factors derived from stromal fibroblasts.
