丁世家,男,1963年出生,医学博士,二级教授,博士生导师。第三批重庆市学术技术带头人,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。

教育/培训经历:

毕业于重庆医科大学医学检验系,获医学博士学位

毕业于南京大学化学系,获理学硕士学位

毕业于四川大学化学系,获理学学士学位

曾先后前往荷兰Utrecht University药学院、美国USC化学系、日本Kumamoto University药学院从事访问研究

科研方向:分子诊断与生物分析化学

课题组主要将临床医学检验技术与分子生物学、生物分析化学等学科交叉融合,围绕疾病标志物检测新原理、新技术,在分子诊断、生物传感、表面等离子共振及成像等方面开展了一系列创新研究。具体包括:

➢分子诊断与液体活检

➢纳米自组装技术与生物传感

➢表面等离子共振及成像技术研发与临床应用

➢新型纳米材料合成与生物成像应用

学术成果:

➢研究成果“疾病生物标志物高灵敏检测新方法研究”获2017年度重庆市科学技术奖(自然科学奖)一等奖(排名第1);

➢主持承担国家自然科学基金面上项目、科技部重大专项子课题、重庆市自然科学基金重点项目、重庆市优秀成果转化重点项目等15项科研课题;

➢已在ACS Appl Mater Interfaces,Anal.Chem.,Biosens. Bioelectron等国际著名期刊上发表高水平SCI论文90余篇,其中IF>5.0的论文43篇;

➢获国家发明专利授权9项;

➢研发出国内首台具有完全自主知识产权的表面等离子共振成像生化分析仪;

➢已招生和培养博士后2名,博士13名,硕士39名。
