施琼，女，1969年出生，医学博士，教授，博士生导师
1987-1992年本科就读于重庆医科大学临床医学系，获医学学士学位后留校任教至今。2002-2004于重庆医科大学攻读医学遗传学硕士学位，2004-2007于重庆医科大学攻读博士学位，获医学生物工程博士学位。2006.3-2007.3在北京国家蛋白质研究中心参与“国际人类肝脏蛋白质组计划”中蛋白质相互作用方面的研究工作。2009.3-2010.9在美国芝加哥大学医学中心骨科分子肿瘤研究室做访问学着，进行博士后研究工作。在美期间，主要从事BMP9诱导小鼠间充质干细胞成骨分化信号通路的研究。
目前主要研究方向为microRNA在间充质干细胞定向成骨分化和肿瘤生理。作为负责人承担了三项国家自然科学基金：microRNA-30a和microRNA-30e调控Bub1基因影响小鼠早期胚胎发育的机制研究（NSFC,30872770）、microRNA的表观遗传学调控在BMP9诱导MSCs成骨分化中的机制研究（NSFC,31200971）、Lp(a)调控BMP-7促进主动脉瓣膜钙化的机制研究（NSFC,81672103），以及重庆市科委、市教委等多项科研项目，并参与了多项国家级和省部级课题研究。获国家发明专利一项（共同专利权人）。以第一作者或通讯作者发表科研论文四十余篇，其中SCI收录十余篇。
